A name, location, or other term entered into an embedded search box is transmitted to the third-party company that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's privacy terms apply to its collection and processing.

Requests for Kentucky public records or corrections to an agency record must go to the custodian under the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS Chapter 61.
